Title: Fried Pea Fritters

Yield: 4 Servings

2cField peas (cooked)
1cFlour
2tsBaking powder
1tsPepper
1/2tsSalt
1tbCurry powder
2 Eggs
1 1/2cMilk

Mix all dry ingredients. Beat eggs and milk. Add to the flour mixture. Gently stir in cooked peas. Drop from spoon into 3/4 inch hot fat. Fry until light brown. Serves 4 to 5.
